With over a decade of experience across the beauty industry, Henrietta began her professional journey as a makeup artist, developing the eye for detail, symmetry and client-centred artistry that would later define her signature approach to lash work. When she discovered lash extensions, she didn't just change her focus — she redefined what was possible within it.

Today, Henrietta operates across four distinct pillars. At Belair Beauty in Luxembourg, she offers precision lash extension services to her loyal clientele who expect nothing less than perfection. Through her education programmes, she has trained lash artists from around the world — from complete beginners finding their footing to experienced professionals ready to compete at international level. Her book, CURLx Technology, has become an essential reference for serious lash artists, and her app LashMetric brings professional-grade precision to the everyday workflow of practitioners worldwide.

As an international competition judge with over 100 contests evaluated, Henrietta brings a perspective that few in the industry can claim.
